(Nepean, ON) – Yesterday, MPP Lisa MacLeod helped make a ‘Living Dream’ wish come true for Robert Bertrand, a Lynwood Park Lodge resident.

The Living Dreams program is designed to fulfill dreams and wishes for residents living in Retirement and Nursing Homes. His Living Dream was to participate in a golf tournament, and he fulfilled his wish by participating in the putting contest with PC Leadership Candidate Tim Hudak, and starting the 4^th Annual Lisa MacLeod Golf Classic hosted at Emerald Links Golf Club.

“It was a wonderful opportunity to help make a Living Dream come true,” said MacLeod. “It was great to have the next Premier Tim Hudak participate in the putting contest with Robert Bertrand.”

“What a nice opportunity to mix politics with the Living Dream program,” said Hudak. “Robert hasn’t lost his touch.”

Bertrand has been living at Lynwood since 2006, and at 81 years young he was ‘over the

moon’ to make his Living Dream come true.
