Whereas the Dalton McGuinty Liberals have failed in their plan to bring wage restraint in the public service; and

Whereas this failure has caused the cost of hospitals and other public services to go up; and

Whereas these skyrocketing costs have meant mandates from Local Health Integration Networks (LHINS) for service cuts and facility closures at hospitals; and

Whereas the Champlain LHIN is mandating operational cuts at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital; and

Whereas the Champlain LHIN's mandated cuts could include shutting down the ER at WDMH in the evenings;

We the undersigned demand Dalton McGuinty stop the proposed ER cut at WDMH.
