NEPEAN-CARLETON, July 24, 2007 - “I was disappointed and discouraged by Warren Kinsella’s recent blog posting in which he suggests I would rather be at home “baking cookies” than attending a political event with my Leader and other politicians. “Mr. Kinsella’s blog posting was misguided, unnecessary and it crossed the line. “As a young mother and female politician I have spent my first term as an MPP trying to break down barriers for women in politics by encouraging more women to run for office and I have been a strong advocate for making the Ontario Legislature more family friendly.
